Meet Chef Dewa
Born in Bali and trained in the classical French tradition, Chef Dewa Wijaya has spent a lifetime exploring the profound relationship between food, place, and well-being. Over more than two decades with COMO Hotels and Resorts — including as Executive Chef of the iconic COMO Shambhala Estate and the celebrated COMO Parrot Cay — he earned a global reputation for cuisine that honors both the land and the body. At Nourish, he brings that philosophy home to the East End: cooking rooted in local farms and fishermen, enlivened with the flavors that shaped him growing up in Bali.
